Payments: We encourage and accept credit, debit cards and Zelle.  if paying with cash please have exact change. we DO NOT keep cash on hand.  

 

Cancellations: Please be aware that lates and cancelations affect our business and morale.  Please cancel your appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Guest: Bookings are reserved for guest only. Please inquire before your service if we can accommodate your plus 1.

Deposits: DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances befall everyone. In case of emergencies, we can decide to credit the non-refundable deposit toward your future service or products at our discretion. 

 

At Iridescent Salon, we pride ourselves on offering a collaborative and professional environment where every guest feels welcomed and cared for. While our team of talented stylists and artists work together under one roof with a spirit of unity, please note that each service provider is an independent contractor who manages their own business within the salon.

 

This means:

 

• Each stylist/artist is responsible for their own services, scheduling, pricing, and client satisfaction.

• The salon provides the space and supportive environment but is not liable for individual services rendered.

• Any questions, concerns, or follow-ups regarding your service should be directed to the stylist/artist you booked with.
