Policies

Please carefully review the following important policies.

 

ONLINE

View our services and book online from home or on the go with Schedulicity. When booking online, it is imperative that you schedule all of the services that you’d like as this will ensure ample time for the completion of your services. Booking online is the preferred way to make reservations; however, I will take reservations via text from Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  I will respond to text requests within 24 hours. In event that you do not see your desired appointment time, please visit www.iridescentsalon.com and sign up for the client wait list.

 

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required in order to confirm reservations.  Deposits can be made via Zelle in the amount of 50% of the cost of service or $40.00, whichever is greater.  Once you have selected a service on Schedulicity, via text, or over the phone, please send the deposit within 30 minutes or the reservation will be canceled. Please Note: your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Due to timing constraints, I am unable to call before reservation are canceled due to a lack of payment of deposits.

CANCELLATIONS

I understand that unexpected events, which may require canceling a reservation, befall everyone. 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Failure to provide 24-hour advance notice of cancellation, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

LATE ARRIVALS AND RESCHEDULING

Life happens, but please be courteous and call as soon as you realize that you may be late for your appointment.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate you and a cancellation fee, equal to the amount of your deposit, will apply.  If I am able to accommodate you when you are 15 minutes or more late, a $30.00 late fee will apply to the service.  If you must reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24-hours in advance; otherwise, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit. 

If for any reason I need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to an emergency or for personal reasons, I will refund your deposit within 24 hours.

 

VISITING GUESTS

Space in the salon is limited, so adult guests cannot be accommodated. Children are a trust from God, so let’s keep them safe. The salon has chemicals, sharp objects, and fumes that may be sensitive for little ones. If children are not being serviced, please do not bring them to your appointment.

 

PAYMENTS

I accept Zelle, credit cards, and debit cards for services.

 

BE ADVISED

I never have cash on hand.  If paying cash, please ensure that you have the exact amount required as I will not be able to provide change.
